Breck Moorefield
Breck is a fifth-generation Floridian with a lifelong passion for art and adventure. She holds degrees in studio art, art therapy and art education and has spent nearly 30 years teaching, taking time off along the way to raise her three children, which she shares with her husband Michael, a fellow St. Pete native. Together, they enjoy spending time with family & friends, traveling, live music, food and life across the many places they’ve called home.
Guided by a vision to create something meaningful and art-inspired, she has woven her passion for art and her love of the South of France into an experience she now shares with others.

Pascale De Jong
Originally from North Holland, Pascale qualified as a general nurse before realising life in the Netherlands was too confining. She set off for New Zealand, launching a journey that took her across Australia and Southeast Asia, before eventually settling in the UAE. There, she co-founded an advertising and design agency with Louise in the mid-90s.
Later, their shared passion for outdoor adventure led them to establish a second base in Europe. La Palud-sur-Verdon proved to be the perfect choice—and the rest, as they say, is herstory.

Originally from Yorkshire, Louise began her career in the creative arts before embarking on global travels from the age of 21. Her passion for graphic design, photography, video, and fine art led her to work in design and advertising roles around the world, eventually making the Middle East her home for over two decades.
An avid cyclist and trail runner, Louise turned her love of endurance sports into a thriving business. As a founder of events such as the Coast to Coast Cycle Challenge and UT Hajar 100, she went on to establish Urban-Ultra, which now delivers 10 ultra running and cycling events each year across the UAE. Adventure is in her DNA.
